Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal information associated with Qemah Al Mustaqbal services, including Qemah Messaging and supported third-party integrations.

What you can request

Depending on your relationship with us and applicable requirements, you may request deletion of your Qemah Messaging account, personal profile, connected integration information and eligible data under Qemah’s control for your workspace, such as imported contacts, message history, templates and campaign records. You may also request deletion of personal information Qemah holds in enquiries, project records or service communications.

Requests are subject to identity or authority verification, business-customer instructions and applicable retention requirements. If you are an end customer of one of our business clients, the business that collected your information may be the appropriate organisation to contact first.

HOW IT WORKS

Request deletion in three steps

Send your request

Email info@qemahalmustaqbal.net with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Identify the account or service

Provide only the email address, phone number, business name or other details reasonably needed to locate the relevant account or records. Do not email passwords, access tokens or other secret credentials.

Verification and completion

We may verify your identity or authority before deleting data. We will process the request under applicable law and explain the outcome, including any information we must retain for legal, security or record-keeping reasons.

Meta and connected services

If your request relates to a Meta or WhatsApp integration connected to Qemah Messaging, identify the connected business account or integration in your request where possible. We will remove or disconnect information under our control that is covered by a valid deletion request.

Deleting information held directly by Meta or another third-party provider may also require action through that provider’s own account or privacy controls.

Information we may retain

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, enforcement of agreements or backup integrity. Where retention is required, the information will remain subject to appropriate protections and will not be kept longer than necessary for that purpose.

Business customer contact databases

Where Qemah processes a contact database on behalf of a business customer, that customer generally controls why the information is used. Requests from individuals may therefore need to be handled by the relevant business customer, with Qemah assisting where appropriate and required.
