QEMAH MESSAGING
Acceptable Use & Messaging Policy
This policy explains how Qemah Messaging may and may not be used. It is designed to protect recipients, customers, Qemah and the messaging platforms connected to our service.
Last updated: 26 September 2026.
1. Permission to message people
Before initiating a WhatsApp conversation, you may contact a person only when they gave their mobile number to the sending business and opted in to receiving WhatsApp messages from that named business. You must also provide any notices and obtain any further permissions required by applicable law. An existing business relationship or possession of a phone number alone is not WhatsApp opt-in.
Keep appropriate evidence of when and how the recipient opted in, the wording shown, the sending business and the kinds of messages they agreed to receive. Separate promotional offers from service updates where appropriate, and honour recipient preferences.
2. Opt-outs must be respected
You must provide and respect reasonable ways for recipients to stop receiving marketing communications. Once a recipient opts out, you must not continue marketing to that person unless they later provide valid permission again.
You must not deliberately re-import or re-enable an opted-out recipient to avoid an unsubscribe request.
3. Prohibited messaging
You must not use Qemah Messaging for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, deceptive promotions, malicious links or software, unlawful goods or services, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Do not upload or message phone numbers collected by scraping WhatsApp groups, harvesting group-member lists, using group-scraper extensions, buying contact lists, or other methods that do not provide the required permission from each recipient. Do not use unofficial WhatsApp Web/session automation with Qemah Messaging or tools intended to evade Meta or WhatsApp restrictions.
4. WhatsApp and Meta requirements
If you connect Qemah Messaging to WhatsApp Business Platform or Meta services, you must comply with the applicable platform terms, messaging policies, commerce policies, template requirements, quality standards and technical restrictions.
You must not use Qemah Messaging to bypass, evade or interfere with platform restrictions, account limitations, opt-out controls or enforcement measures.
5. Sender identity and truthful content
Messages must accurately identify the business or sender where required. You must not misrepresent your identity, relationship, offer, pricing, authority or the purpose of a communication. Claims in marketing messages must be truthful and supportable.
6. Contact data and privacy
You are responsible for ensuring that contact data uploaded or connected to Qemah Messaging is collected, stored and used lawfully. Do not upload personal information you are not authorised to process. Apply appropriate access controls to your account and remove access for users who no longer require it.
7. Responsible sending practices
Use reasonable sending frequency, relevant content and accurate audience selection. Avoid messaging patterns that are likely to create excessive complaints, blocks or negative recipient feedback. Do not intentionally overload the service or connected messaging networks.
8. Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or platform requirements, protect service integrity or address material violations of this policy.
We may require additional information about consent, campaign purpose or data source where necessary to investigate a complaint or compliance issue.
9. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your campaigns, recipient lists, message content, legal notices, consent records and compliance obligations. Qemah Messaging is a technology tool and does not make an otherwise unlawful or non-compliant campaign lawful.
10. Reporting misuse
If you believe Qemah Messaging is being used for spam, fraud, abuse or another prohibited purpose, email Qemah Al Mustaqbal Marketing Management at info@qemahalmustaqbal.net with the subject Report Messaging Abuse. Provide the sender, message and date where possible; do not send passwords or secret credentials.
